Returns & Exchanges

At Trish McEvoy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including any promotional gifts if required, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
